The new leadership structure is designed to strengthen regional alignment, improve cross-border coordination, and accelerate decision-making processes while maintaining clear local responsibilities and strong customer proximity in each market.
Unlocking synergies across key functions
“The new Adria Area setup creates significant opportunities to unlock synergies in several key functions, including segment sales management, purchasing, supply chain, and finance”, says Tomasz Falkowski, Regional COO for Central Eastern Europe, Central Asia, Middle East & India, adding: “By working more closely together, we can share market knowledge, coordinate customer and segment strategies more effectively, optimize procurement and logistics, and improve financial transparency and efficiency.”
The closer regional collaboration will enable MC to leverage expertise, resources, and market insights more efficiently across the three countries. It will also support faster implementation of strategic initiatives and strengthen operational excellence throughout the region.
Clear focus on customers and partners
The Adria Area structure is intended to strengthen relationships with customers and partners through a more integrated regional approach. Enhanced collaboration will allow teams to share market knowledge and utilise resources more effectively and efficiently across the region. At the same time, MC Bauchemie will continue to respect and address the specific requirements of each local market, ensuring that proximity to customers remains a key priority. The establishment of the Adria Area marks an important milestone for MC‑Bauchemie in Southeast Europe.
